We generally aim to acknowledge messages within a few business days, though it can take longer during busy periods.
We don't currently offer phone or live chat support for site enquiries. If your question is actually about an account, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus at one of the operators listed on this site, you'll get a faster answer by contacting that sportsbook's own customer support team directly — we're an independent review site and have no ability to access, adjust, or intervene in anyone's account with a third-party operator.
What we can help with

What we can't help with
We're not able to process deposits or withdrawals, resolve account disputes, verify your identity with an operator, or offer betting advice on specific games or markets. If you're dealing with a payment delay or a frozen account, that has to go through the sportsbook's own support channel — offshore books operate outside US state regulation, so there's no US regulator or ombudsman we or you can escalate a dispute to. That's a real limitation worth keeping in mind before you deposit anywhere.
