Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Earth Charter properties, shall be subject to this Terms of Service. You understand and agree that any and all services are provided "AS-IS" and that Earth Charter assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

1.5 Special Admonitions for International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

1.6 No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

Earth Charter does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. Earth Charter does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site, including services, or the server that makes them available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Earth Charter does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. You (and not Earth Charter) assume the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair or correction.

If you are dissatisfied with any Earth Charter material, or with any of Earth Charter's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using File Forums.

This agreement is effective until terminated by Earth Charter, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access any services and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the services, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

Earth Charter reserves the right to change the Terms of Service or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms of Service on this Web site. We do not currently have services for children under 18. If a child wants to use our services, the children's parent or guardian must register for our services and participate with the child.

1.15 Language It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
